Required Skills:
- 5+ years Core Java and J2EE / enterprise web application development
- Strong object-oriented coding (UML, design patterns)
- Spring Batch, Spring MVC
- Agile environment experience
- Advanced SQL (MS SQL preferred), DB and query optimization
- Event-driven architectures
- API development experience
- Cloud native development (AWS preferred)
- Test automation frameworks, observability tooling
- Full SDLC experience

Additional Desired Skills:
- SaaS application development
- Continuous delivery pipelines
- Containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, IaC)
- Message queues (JMS, AMQP, RabbitMQ)
- Enterprise architecture, healthcare domain a plus

Education:
- Bachelor's in CS / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years full-time software development
